Roux’s Catering has been handling Special Events in the CSRA for over 6 years. These have ranged from intimate dinners in private homes to corporate hospitality for Masters and LPGA guests. We bring a spirit of both cooperation and creativity to any occasion. Our menus are created to fill most types of events, but we are happy to customize any menu for your event. We are also happy to attend to any special dietary needs.

In addition to the food at each event, the execution of the entire affair is equally as important. Roux’s experience and ability to work with any concept has kept many of our customers coming back for over six years. During that time, we have been involved with such diverse occasions as carnival food for HBO, elaborate food stations for world famous golfers, formal food and wine pairings for the Govenor, a Mayor's Ball or two, and even on occasion a few rock stars.
