Roux’s owner and head chef, Robert Williams, is proud of the menus he has to offer. Being a full service catering company, Roux’s offers a wide variety of foods from Southern Traditional to Cajun, Southwestern, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and even Hawaiian. Theme menus are a popular choice from the most casual to the most formal event. Roux’s also offers their clients the flexibility to custom design menus, creating something completely their own.

You can choose from a variety of Roux’s most popular menu items like smoked chicken quesadillas with cilantro sour cream or tequila and lime poached salmon, the grilled Portabella mushrooms and shrimp and andouille skewers. The California rolls, sesame ginger chicken sticks, pork and scallion spring rolls, and fried pot stickers are some of the Pacific Rim flavors Roux’s offers. Roux’s Southern Traditional items, like Carolina crab cakes with herb tarter sauce, shaved pork loin on toasted corn bread with tomato mint salsa, homemade hush puppies, low country steamed shrimp, grits, praline crusted baked brie, and house stuffed mushrooms are all local favorites.

Roux’s can also offer creative food stations like the shrimp and grits bar, mashed potato bar, grilled pizza stations, ice cream bars, and even made to order grilled cheese sandwiches.  Traditional food stations like pasta bars, carving stations, seafood displays, Mexican stations, and a number of other regional and themed food stations are also popular.
