Robert Williams and Natalie Williams, owners of Roux's
Catering, are native to Augusta and have been in the restaurant
business for nearly 16 years. Robert spent time honing his craft
in local restaurants Davenports, The American Diner
and Cadewalladers Cafe before opening Roux's Gourmet Catering.
Roux’s Catering started in the fall of 1996. Roux's Catering
is one of Augusta's premier catering companys offering both social
and corporate catering. With years of experience and some of the
best chefs in Augusta, it's easy to see why they stay booked. Roux's
specializes in custom weddings; however, their "On The Go"
division offers some of the best catered lunches in town.
Roux’s approach to cuisine and commitment to quality remains
vital and fresh as a result of constant input and association with
many of the top chefs and event coordinators in the CSRA.
Executive Sous Chef, Damion Perez, has been with Roux’s for
over four years and brings unmatched dedication and creativity to
the dishes Roux’s offers. Damion also has done stints at some
of Augusta’s best restaurants. These experiences result in
wonderfully creative and expertly executed meals for you.

Roux's service staff is led by wife Natalie Williams whose many
years in the event business have enabled her to prepare for and
execute any size event with the utmost professionalism and attention
to detail.
Roux's offers the same level of expertise and flexibility when
it comes to catered lunches and do it yourself . With the recent
addition of The Marbury Center banquet facility to
the Roux's family, Roux's Catering has been able to offer even more
options to his clients. Whether it be an on premise wedding in the
beautiful courtyard or a spectacular corporate event featuring flavors
from around the world, Roux's Catering and The Marbury Center
have been great additions to the downtown area bringing life back
to a once empty street.
