We are happy to provide you with all of the necessary "extras" that will truly make your event a memorable affair. From rental equipment to event entertainment, our catering consultants will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your event is a complete success. 

Known for our custom designed weddings, we also cater a variety of other events such as cocktail receptions, formal dinners, holiday parties, company outings and open houses as well as our popular corporate luncheons featuring an expansive menu of hot and cold selections.

Robert and Natalie Williams, owners of Roux's Catering, are native to Augusta and have been in business since 1996.  Their main kitchen and office are located directly behind The Marbury Center, one of their on-site catering facilities.
